Thank you for enquiring about your group booking at Sage Restaurant, we have a few terms and conditions that enable us to best serve you with a minimum of fuss, so we ask that you take note of these when making your booking……
They are:
Group bookings of 15 or more are required to pay a 10% deposit. Any late cancellations may result in a loss of your deposit (less than 3 days notice).
We require confirmation of final numbers two days prior to your function date. Please note, these confirmed numbers will be the number of people you are charged for on the day of your function.
We do not allow cakes/desserts/nibbles to be brought into the restaurant. We do however, by prior arrangement, make a selection of cakes on the premises to suit your function requirements.
We are a fully licensed restaurant with an award winning wine list. We are happy to discuss and arrange wines for your special occasion, as we do not accept BYO for parties which have exclusive use of the restaurant. We accept BYO (bottled wine only) for smaller groups, at a cost of $15.00 per bottle corkage.
Our seating capacity inside is approx. 40 people. During the summer months our outdoor courtyard can cater for approx. 25 people (weather permitting).
We do require payment for a minimum of 35 people for exclusive use of the indoor area.
We close at 12 midnight. If you would like the option of later evening closing hours, the charge is $250.00 per hour, by previous arrangement.
When paying the bill it is the responsibility of the function organizer to collect all monies and finalise the account in one payment. We accept American express, Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS.
