The ‘Sage Signature Series’ allows for a selection of four or more dishes from the entree, main or dessert menu to be constructed into a completely personal degustation experience for your table. Each course is done in a tasting size which allows the diner to savour the beautiful combinations of flavours and textures of each dish whilst leaving enough room to explore multiple dishes.
